Stimuli
The following are databases and other resources for finding stimuli to use in behavioral experiments:
- Face image databases: directory of databases containing face stimulus sets available for use in behavioral studies.
- Affective image databases: directory of databases containing affective stimulus sets available for use in behavioral studies.
- Emotional experiences videos: 2185 emotionally evocative videos mapped onto 27 different kinds of emotion.
- Fractal database: database of 400 abstract and complex fractal stimuli.
- VIVAE: The Variably Intense Vocalizations of Affect and Emotion Corpus (VIVAE) consists of a set of human non-speech emotion vocalizations. The full set, comprising 1085 audio files, features eleven speakers expressing three positive and three negative affective states, each parametrically varied from low to peak emotion intensity.
- Chicago Face Database: templates for each of 597 neutral (non-expressive) faces.
- Food-pics: a picture database comprising 568 food images and 315 non-food images along with detailed meta-data.
